I gave it a single star because the service was very slow. The employees were not knowledgeable of their own menu and tried to argue with me about a shake I ordered. We spent 30 minutes in the drive through for three ice creams and a couple chicken dinners. My children were hungry and we were road tripping so we had to eat on the go. That's the only reason I didn't leave the drive through line. Bottom line... Rude under trained employees and slow service even for Braums.

Attentive to your needs & provided a great experience this time. Even when the new employee was challenged with providing appropriate & accurate change, management was very supportive in the process. These folks work hard & they continued to smile at the end of a busy work day

The employees here are very helpful. Usually it's very busy during the weekends but it's worth the wait for ice cream ☺ place stays busy and clean and my food was fresh :) yumm!

Excellant food and beverages. I give them 3 stars because the customer service is very slow for the amount of traffic that they get in a regular basis. Employees are very disorganized.
